Firstly Rain-shine expects that you will be delighted with your purchase. But if for some reason you need to exchange your purchase, do let us know by phone or email within 5 days of receipt. We will do what we can to help.
Any items being returned must be unused and returned to Rain-shine at 2 Melrose Gardens, Uddingston, Lanarkshire G71 5QY with the original undamaged packaging, including labels, within 14 days of purchase. Please notify email@example.com prior to sending goods back. Customers are required to meet the postage costs to return the item to Rain-shine. This does not affect your legal statutory rights.
In the unlikely event that your item is faulty or damaged on receipt, please contact us by email or phone within 7 days of receipt. If you are returning an item to us, as soon as we take receipt of the return, we will issue a replacement or reimburse you for the cost of the item and any postage you have paid to get the item back to us. This does not affect your legal statutory rights.
It is important to ensure that goods being returned from outside the UK are marked “return” to the UK and not as an import, as failure to do so may incur duty charges. Rain-shine will deduct from your refund any costs we have incurred due to documentation which has not been completed correctly.
